Situated just outside the Conference Centre this area is an ideal space for delegates to mix informally around exhibition stands or enjoy refreshments from the Café.
We welcome approaches from local organisations, community groups and societies who wish to stage exhibitions to promote their services, activities and artwork etc.

Preferential rates are available for tenants, charities and voluntary organisations, for community exhibitions, displays or events. (Layout charge may apply). Please ring to discuss this further.
The Centre is open Mon – Fri 9am until 5pm. If you require the centre opening out of normal work hours then there is an additional supervising security fee of £15.00 per hour.
Please advise if your event is likely to generate noise that may affect other users.
Audio visual equipment should be requested on booking & specified on the booking form.
Please state when booking your space if you require access prior to your event for setting up.
