An ideal venue for hosting your meetings, conferences, seminars and training events.  The Gateway houses a number of meeting & conference rooms.  We can accommodate up to 100 delegates in our largest room and can easily tailor the facilities to suit your requirement.

Training Room – (Room 1)This is an ideal space for presentations and training courses. There is a digital projector with large screen, flip chart stand and board room/meeting style tables. There room comfortably seats 20 people around a Board style table, or 40 people in rows ‘theatre style’.  With skylight windows running down both sides and a kitchenette next door it makes a bright comfortable and relaxed environment for learning and the exchange of ideas.

Meeting Rooms – (Rooms 2/3 & 6) This is an adaptable space designed to accommodate a variety gatherings. Each of the three rooms can be booked separately; rooms 2 & 3 will accommodate up to 12 people around the board tables and room 6 will hold 10 people. For larger meetings book rooms 2 and 3 together and they will be opened up to provide space for 22.  The rooms are furnished and air conditioned, flip chart and audio visual equipment should be requested on booking & specified on the booking form.

Exchange Rooms – (Rooms 4 & 5)Tucked away on the ground floor these two rooms are great for a chat. Grab a cappuccino at the Macyntire Café next door and settle in for one to one time, a relaxed interview or a small meeting. Each room holds up to 4 people around circular meeting tables.

Learning Centre – An open sided space set on the mezzanine floor, this area is custom designed for promoting learning. PCs, portable screen, white board, smart board, flip chart stand, projector and TV/Video can all be provided. There are two areas available accommodating up to 40 people, suitable for a variety of learning sessions and meetings.  The Inner Space is fully enclosed, whilst the Outer Space is suitable for learning & meetings which do not require silence, as there is background noise from other areas of the main hall.

Exhibition Area - On the ground floor is a separate open area ideal for displaying art, exhibitions, open days or as a general activity/meeting area.   Please state when booking your space if you require access prior to your event for setting up and please advise if your event is likely to generate noise that may affect other users.  Audio visual equipment should be requested on booking & specified on the booking form.   Ask at reception for more information.

The Conference Centre – This state of the art facility has everything you need for a professional event. The overall space will hold 100 people theatre style (or two separate areas holding 27 or 60 theatre style) or 40 Boardroom Style.  There is a digital projector and screen, sound system, TV/video/DVD and hearing loop. Just outside the main room an additional area is available where delegates can mix informally around exhibition stands or enjoy refreshments from the Macyntire Café. The space can be adapted from the large or small theatre set up to board room style or a combination of both.
