Room Hire
Located in the centre of Warrington, the Gateway is the ideal venue for hosting meetings, conferences, seminars and training events. The Gateway houses a number of meeting and conference rooms. We can accommodate up to 100 delegates in our largest room and can easily tailor the facilities to suit your requirements. Offering state of the art facilities in pleasant surroundings, there are a variety of rooms available; although not all located on the ground floor, they are all fully accessible. Flip Charts and audio visual equipment are available and should be requested at the time of booking.
Room Hire can be booked by the hour, half day or full day (9am - 5pm). Evening (until 9:30pm) and Weekend bookings are also available. Please note 48 hours notice is required for cancellation. A confirmation booking form must be received one week prior to the event. In the event of late cancellation full charges will still be levied. Invoices for room usage will be sent out on a monthly basis; payment is due within 28 days. Room hire entitles you to entry to and use of the venue during the period specified in the booking confirmation. Please state when booking your space if you require access prior to your event for setting up, or post event for departure. Please note that all fees and charges are subject to change annually in October. Your saftey and well being is paramount and we urge you to read our health and safety guidelines.
The Training Room - Room 1
This is an ideal space for presentations and training courses. There is a digital projector with large screen, flip chart stand and board room/meeting style tables. The room comfortably seats 20 people around a Board Style table or 40 people in rows 'theatre style'. With skylight windows running down both sides and a kitchenette next door it makes a bright comfortable and relaxed environment for learning and the exchange of ideas.

The Meeting Rooms - Rooms 2/3/6
These are adaptable spaces designed to accommodate a variety of gatherings. Each of the 3 rooms can be booked separately, holding up to 12 people. For larger meetings, book rooms 2 and 3 together and they will be opened to provide a space for 22. The rooms are furnished and air conditioned.

The Conference Centre
This state of the art facility has everything you need for a professional event. The overall space will hold 100 people theatre style (or two separate areas holding 27 or 60 theatre style) or 40 Board room style. There is a digital projector and screen, sound system, TV/Video/DVD and hearing loop.

The Ground Floor
Just outside the Conference Centre is an additional area ideal for delegates to mix informally around exhibition stands, or to enjoy refreshments from the café. The space can be adapted and is ideal for displaying art, exhibitions, open days or as a general activity/meeting area.

The Exchange Rooms - Rooms 4/5
Tucked away on the ground floor these two rooms are great for a chat, one to one time, a relaxed interview or a small meeting. Each room holds up to 4 people around circular meeting tables.

The Quiet Room
Tucked away on the ground floor to ensure privacy and no distractions, this is a comfortable room with a leather sofa and chair providing a relaxed environment for therapy and counselling sessions or informal interviews and holds up to 3 people.

The Learning Centre
An open sided space set on the mezzanine floor, this area is custom designed for promoting learning. PC's, portable screen, flip chart stand, projector and TV/Video can all be provided. There are 2 areas accommodating up to 40 people, suitable for a variety of learning sessions and meetings. The Inner Space (holding 5 PC's) is fully enclosed, whilst the Outer Space (holding 7 PC's) is suitable for learning and meetings which do not require silence, as there is background noise from other areas of the main hall.
