The Gateway is conveniently located in the centre of Warrington, facing the magnificent Town Hall and famous Golden Gates.  The building is ideally placed, with railway stations and the bus interchange less than a 5-minute walk away, and major road links in close proximity.

Housed in a unique building which has been fully refurbished, with high quality, self-contained offices ranging in size from 100sq ft – 2250sq ft, the Gateway offers a perfect solution to suit each tenant's specific needs. 

Providing a selection of cost-effective office solutions, the Gateway is the perfect place to work because of its individuality, its location and its range of meeting rooms and offices.  The building was once home for the offices and printing presses of the Warrington Guardian, launched in 1853 by Dr. Alexandre Mackie, and this is reflected in its design, with many original features remaining.
