Housed in a unique building which has been fully refurbished, with high quality, self-contained offices ranging in size from 100sq ft – 2250sq ft, the Gateway offers a perfect solution to suit each organisations’ specific needs.
Providing a selection of cost-effective office solutions, the Gateway is the perfect place to work because of its individuality, location and range of meeting rooms and offices.
The building was once home to the offices and printing presses of the Warrington Guardian, launched in 1853 by Dr. Alexandre Mackie, and this is reflected in its design, with many original features remaining. The building is DDA compliant.
