The Gateway provides a range of virtual office services, exclusively for Charities, Social Enterprises and Not-For-Profit Organisations.

 

A virtual office address is a physical location that charities and social enterprises etc. use to receive post, parcels and official government mail from Companies House, HMRC etc.

The virtual address means that you don't need a dedicated office, premises or address. 


Virtual addresses are ideal for people wishing to keep their personal home details private, such as the Trustees of a charity, and also provide a great alternative to a PO Box.

 

We offer a professional business address to use on your website, a business mailing service, and are able to offer telephone answering and virtual receptionist services. 

 

Basic Virtual Service

 

Your organisation will benefit from use of the Gateway as your organisations registered address.  Mail management facility to include your organisation receiving mail at the Gateway, which will be held for up to 14 days for you to collect. 

 

Essentials Virtual Service 

 

Your organisation will benefit from the use of the Gateway as your organisations registered address.  Your post can be delivered to a manned reception.

 

Recorded and signed for letters are included.  Small packages and parcels are accepted.  Mail can be collected at your convenience, forwarded or scanned.

Complete Virtual Service 

 

Your organisation will benefit from the use of the Gateway as your organisations registered address.  Your post can be delivered to a manned reception.  

 

Recorded and signed for letters are included.  Small packages and parcels up to 2kg are accepted.  Mail can be collected at your convenience, forwarded or scanned.

 

Use our reception facility as your contact number.  Our reception staff will take a message for you but will never give out your contact details.

•    All outgoing/forwarded mail is charged separately at Royal Mail prices
•    Mail scans cost 10p per A4 side.


Set-up within 48 hours after receipt of a completed application form, identification documents and payment.
